MEET YOUR 2024 RECRUITMENT TEAM

Meet the faces behind the scenes of recruitment, Ella Fischer and Katie Harnen. Working in collaboration with the fraternity and sorority life office, the Panhellenic Executive Council, and individual chapters, they are integral in the success of recruitment. Katie works closely with the chapters' recruitment teams to assist and ensure TCU chapters execute a values-based recruitment in alignment with TCU Panhellenic bylaws and National Panhellenic Council unanimous agreements. In addition, Katie oversees the Continuous Open Bidding process which takes place post-formal recruitment and at the beginning of the spring semester. Ella works with and trains the Rho Gammas for recruitment. She also helps organize recruitment while working with the New Member Educators from each chapter.
