MEET YOUR 2026 RECRUITMENT TEAM!

Meet the faces behind the scenes of recruitment, Anne Carden and Madelyn! Working in collaboration with the fraternity and sorority life office, the Panhellenic Executive Council, and individual chapters, they are integral to the success of recruitment. Anne Carden works closely with the chapters' recruitment teams to assist and ensure TCU chapters execute a values-based recruitment in alignment with TCU Panhellenic bylaws and National Panhellenic Council unanimous agreements. In addition, Anne Carden oversees the Continuous Open Bidding process, which takes place post-formal recruitment and at the beginning of the spring semester. Madelyn works with and trains the Rho Gammas for recruitment. She also helps organize recruitment while working with the New Member Educators from each chapter.
